How long should I wait for my order?

A: Depending on the country you live in, the average waiting time is 3-7 days. 

How can I track my order?

A: After paying for the product, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1-2 business days. If you did not receive the email, we recommend checking your spam folder. 

Will there be an import tax?

A: The import tax will depend on the country where the customer lives. We are not responsible for paying the import tax.

How do you ship toxins or products that require low temperature?

A: All products that require low temperature are shipped with an ice pack. By the time you receive the product, especially in the summer season, the ice may have already melted but the effectiveness of the product will not significantly decrease.

How can I cancel my order?

A: You will be able to cancel your order before the product leaves Korea, usually this is 1-2 business days. After that, you will not be able to cancel your order.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect order?

A: If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please send a photo or video of the product to info@vera-dermis.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Each case will be considered individually, but we will do our best for you.
